Das optionale 20-μm- und 50-μm-Makroobjektiv und das 30-mk-NETD ermöglichen detaillierte Daten der Temperaturverteilung und Mikrostrukturen wie Chips. Weitere erweiterte Funktionen wie das Streamen radiometrischer Videos mit 30 Hz, +2 °C oder + 2 % Messgenauigkeit und die leistungsstarke AnalyzIR-Software auf dem PC steigern die Betriebsleistung und machen es zu einem idealen Werkzeug zur Optimierung Ihrer Leiterplatten, Chips und mehr.
